In a small bike workshop in Damascus' quarter of Souq Sarrouja I bought this set of items to protect and bless the bike (driver) and prevent him or her from harmful accidents - analogous to symbols and lettering for divine blessing on cars and trucks. The printed handlebar-bag came with it.
